being healthy or taking care of your weight isn't only about doing alot of excercises.. your eating menu also matters alot. kua mwangalifu saana na vitu ambavyo unakua unakula coz vitakuja kukucost baadae unachokula ndio kinachojenga mwili wako.. alot of us hapa tunakula tu ilimradi tumbo lijae ujiskie umeshiba basii without thinking how much inaharibu system yako.. soo guys try eating healthy kula matunda saana, alot of water, salaad make it a habbit & alot of workouts aswell.. avoid eating vitu vya mafuta mafuta sana u might even end sick na magonjwa ya ajabu ajabu... stay healthy yall mwaaaaxxoo
